FTC Disclosure Compliance Rules
Federal Trade Commission released their new rules for Disclosure Compliance in 2015.
Rules are set in place to ensure that visitors of the web media are aware of the owner or publishers of the website are sponsored or partnered with a company. The readers need to know if the content publisher is earning money by sharing a link or product.
In compliance with the FTC guidelines, please assume the following about links and posts on this site:
Any/all of the links on thebeautypouch.com are affiliate links for which we receive a small compensation from sales of certain items.
TheBeautyPouch.com is an Amazon Affiliate
We are a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for us to earn fees by linking to Amazon.com and affiliated sites.
What are Affiliate Links?
When a visitor clicks an affiliate link on thebeautypouch.com to purchase an item, the visitor buys the item on external affiliate company websites directly (not from our website).
Prices are the same whether the item is purchased through an affiliate link or a non-affiliate link. Clicking an affiliate link and clicking a non-affiliate link does not change the price or anything else for the consumer.
Amazon and/or other companies pay us a small commission or other compensation for helping to bring customers to their website. The small amount we receive in affiliate return allows us to continue to operate this website and provide you with quality content. Any time you use an affiliate link, we greatly appreciate it!
